Our Campuses

DIS operates from 2 campuses, both located in Dallas Texas.

For the convenience of our parents, DIS offers a shuttle service between campuses.

Both campuses are served by SAGE Dining Services, offering fresh and healthy choices for meals, all included in the price of tuition.

Primary Campus

Our Early Childhood students, as well as Kindergarten, and first - fourth grade Elementary students, spend their day at the Primary Campus, located on Churchill Way in Dallas. This colorful pleasant environment hosts numerous playgrounds and outdoor sports areas in its enclosed courtyard, as well as a free-standing and renovated Library, Physical Education Center, STEM lab, Music Room, Mobility Center, two dedicated lunch rooms, and grade level classrooms.

The Primary Campus is headed up by Mr. Franck Philipp:

We inspire our students to come to school each day with a smile, be happy, and be eager to learn, discover, and experiment. We recognize and respond to their different needs. Our mission is to show them the way, guide them, and help them stand up when they fall. This is what we do as educators; we help them grow, succeed and become citizens of the World.

Secondary Campus

From fifth grade through graduation, DIS students spend their day at our Secondary Campus, located on Waterview Parkway, adjacent to the UTD campus. Our secondary campus boasts a world class recently renovated STEM lab, an expansive renovated library, an art room, a music room, a dance studio, a multi-purpose room which doubles as an auditorium and a cafeteria, along with its bright cheerful subject-level classrooms. With plenty of exterior space, students can enjoy being outside on the playground, full basketball court, grass track and soccer field. Outdoor seating allows students to have their lunch outside and socialize. Because we are located directly across from the University of Texas at Dallas, DIS students have access to the university's athletic facilities for PHE (Physical Health Education) as well as sports team practices.

From 5th Grade through 12th Grade, students can choose to attend the French Program, which leads to the French Baccalaureate, or the International Program. The International Program culminates in the International Baccalaureate (IB DP), the Bilingual International Baccalaureate DP, the Advanced Bilingual IB DP, or the International Baccalaureate Career-related Program (IB CP). All of these degrees are awarded in addition to the DIS High School Diploma. DIS graduates have gone on to study at some of the most prestigious universities and colleges, both in the USA and abroad.

The Secondary Campus is headed up by Ms. Patricia de Villiers:

With over 30 years of experience in education, I am honored to serve as Head of Secondary. I love this school and its warm, open community, having been a part of it since August 2000, and I look forward to working hard together to give your children an education that sets them apart, and empowers them to spread their wings across the globe.
