DIS Holds Second Webinar in Series Titled Managing Mental Well-Being Through COVID-19

Dallas International School (DIS), continues its ongoing COVID-19 virtual webinar series with the second webinar of the series scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2020, from 6-7pm.

Titled Managing Mental Well-Being Through COVID-19, the webinar will bring together specialists in the realm of psychologists, child-specialized counselors and emotional wellness experts for its panel of contributors. 
The webinar will take an in-depth look at mental health during the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, and explore ways in which parents and educators can help play a role in managing personal stress and anxiety experienced by students during these troubling times. Scheduled to appear on the panel during the webinar are Dr. Jennifer Hughes, psychologist and professor at University of Texas, Southwestern, Gillian de La Sayette, licensed professional counselor, Kelley Loyd and Kym Brinkley, Dallas International School counselors.
