Managing Mental Well-Being Through COVID-19 Webinar Scheduled for May 28

Continuing with our COVID-19 webinar series, Dallas International School will be holding the second webinar of the series on Thursday, May 28 from 6-7pm, titled Managing Mental Well-Being Through COVID-19

We have invited mental health and emotional wellness experts who will address ways in which parents and teachers can help play a role in managing personal stress and anxiety experienced by students during troubling times.
We recognize that this is a difficult time for everyone, from parents who now have the dual role of home-schooling and working, to teachers who have had to quickly adapt to teaching students online. This webinar aims to share personal tips and practices from our guest speakers who are currently working with clients and patients experiencing similar issues. Our guests for the webinar panel of speakers include Dr. Jennifer Hughes, psychologist and professor at UT Southwestern, Gillian de La Sayette, licensed professional counselor and DIS parent, and DIS Counselors, Kelley Loyd and Kym Brinkley.
