DIS ATHLETICS FORMS AND REGISTRATION

Each student-athlete from grades (6th - 12th) will need all forms & registration listed below completed before participation will be allowed for the selected sports (this includes practices.) All required forms must be submitted to the Athletic Director, Sergio Franklin sfranklin@dallasinternationalschool.org.

RANK ONE SPORTS REGISTRATION

Rank One Sports online registration is a new requirement from TAPPS. All Parents of student-athletes must have the registration completed in order for students to participate. There is a registration tutorial for access. Key information for parents is included below.

• You must request your Student-Athlete's User ID from the Athletic Director sfranklin@dallasinternationalschool.org.

• Go to Rank One Sport, log in to the website, and create an account (password and your student-athlete's user ID).

• Enter your student-athlete's user ID (IDs are specific to each player).

• Select State & District: TEXAS / International School-Dallas, not Dallas ISD. 

• Acknowledge review of forms requested (Parents must click on the link and check off the boxes or your registration will be incomplete). 

• Students that are International (with birth certificates that are outside of the United States) must print out the international forms, fill them out, and return them to sfranklin@dallasinternationalschool.org.
